This Privacy Policy (“ Privacy Policy”), describes how Zesty Tech Ltd., or its affiliates and subsidiaries (“ Company” or “ Zesty”) collect, use and disclose certain information, including Personal Data (as defined below) and the rights you have with regards to your information.
Zesty is the developer and operator of a cloud management and optimization software-as-a-service platform (“ Platform” and collectively with the services therein shall be referred to as the “ Services”). This Privacy Policy is an integral part of our Customer Terms and Conditions and website Terms of Use, and it governs the processing and transfer of Personal Data, directly or indirectly, in connection with:

- Prospects and potential business partner’s representatives we interact with by any means of communications (“ Prospects”);
- Our customers (including any of their users and representatives) who sign up for or use the Platform (collectively shall be referred to herein as the “ Customer”).
