**How does the pricing model work?**  
Commitment manager’s pricing model is purely success-based, so if Zesty doesn’t save you anything, we don’t get paid either. Our bill is based on a percentage of what we have saved for our customers, with lower percentages available if you would like to sign a longer contract with us.

**Is the platform secure?**  
Yes, security is a priority. Commitment Manager complies with industry standards, encrypts all data, and offers role-based access controls, ensuring only authorized users can access your cost data and settings. Only metadata and usage metrics are collected; Zesty doesn’t have access to any data on the EC2 instance.

**Does it require an agent in order to work?**  
Commitment Manager does not require an agent, nor does it access your instances. Zesty requires your AWS cloud account to be linked to the Zesty dashboard. With limited permissions, our AI algorithms can analyze usage data and send commands for buying Savings Plans.

**Is there a complex setup or onboarding process?**  
No, our platform is designed for a quick and simple onboarding process. Connecting your AWS cloud account to the Zesty dashboard takes just a few minutes. Our customers are up and running in no time, with full support to ensure a smooth start on our platform.

**How long does it take to see savings after implementation?**  
Savings are visible from day one. The time to achieve maximum coverage can vary by a few weeks, depending on the current level of coverage and the existing commitment portfolio.
